Sonoma West Times & News, Sebastopol, CA - June 25, 2004 - Phil Coturri with Margaret Pennington and Dave Henson say no to genetically modified plants (GMP's) and propose a 10 year ban on transgenic crops in Sonoma County for November's ballot. Coturri said he is concerned about GE crops' threat to his 400 acres of organic vineyard. "We cannot allow giant corporations to take our ag out of our hands and replace it with their untested, poorly regulated transgenic organisms."
